La Savoyarde
Sautéed potatoes, caramelised onions, Reblochon cheese, cream, smoked ham.
Galettes bretonnes, sweet crêpes, and French wines served in the spirit of a Paris bistrot. A family kitchen, a warm welcome, and the real thing on every plate.
Louis grew up around crêpe pans and family tables in the west of France. He brought that legacy to Bray with one goal: to serve real French galettes and crêpes the way his grandmother made them.
No shortcuts. No tourist gimmicks. Just buckwheat batter rested overnight, organic eggs, farmhouse cheeses, and a bottle of Breton cider waiting for you at the door.
Hand-picked by Louis. A tasting tour of savoury galettes and sweet crêpes that tells you everything about the kitchen.
Sautéed potatoes, caramelised onions, Reblochon cheese, cream, smoked ham.
Warm goat cheese, honey, toasted walnuts, fresh greens.
Fresh strawberries, whipped cream, a touch of chocolate.
Sliced banana, salted caramel sauce, vanilla ice cream.
Such an amazing little gem. The crêpes are exactly like the ones I've had in Normandy and Brittany. The staff are so friendly and welcoming.
Amazing French crêpes experience. Felt like I've just been to Normandy. Great tea, French ambience, very polite and engaging staff.
Never disappoints. Very friendly staff, especially Louis. They make you feel welcome and their crêpes are lovely. Highly recommended.
Can't believe it's taken me so long to finally try Chez Louis. It was even better than I imagined and excellent value. A rare find.
I stopped for a crêpe at the end of my visit to Bray. It was definitely the best crêpe I've had in Ireland so far.
Great French-owned place. The owner is very kind and actively involved, making sure all the guests feel welcome and comfortable.
Five minutes from Bray DART station. Walk in, or give us a call to book a table.
